So here in Sandpoint....after barking for years and years we can finally take our dogs to Memorial Beach....but it is a trial time...if we don't pick up after the dogs no more doggies at the beach. There is only one other place to take the dogs to the water....which our little hamlet happens to sit right next to and on.....dog beach....but it is closed until the bypass (an Idaho word for a freeway) is completed sometime in the next decade. Your s-i-l- did a good job of capturing the moment.
